Scope of application:

Product operation points:
1. The machine should be installed on a dry and ventilated level ground to ensure that the machine works smoothly and reliably.
2. Before use, check whether the power supply voltage is consistent with the use of the machine; Whether the core with grounding symbol is reliably grounded; Whether the steering meets the requirements; Install the longitudinal and connecting dustpan according to the position shown. (In order to facilitate packaging and transportation, the horizontal dustpan is not installed on the machine)
3. Mixing noodles: For the products with the mixing mechanism, when the reverse switch is set to "pour", the mixer in the mixing hopper starts to run, and the flour can be automatically excluded after the mixing powder is even. (It is recommended to remove the noodle knife when mixing noodles to extend the service life of the noodle knife).
4. Surface processing: Put the switch in the "smooth" position for surface machining. When the mixed flour ball is kneaded by the roll, the roll gap should be adjusted from thick to thin, and the thickness of the inlet surface is 2 to 3 times the thickness of the surface. After repeated kneading, the dough can improve the strength and taste, and it is recommended that users make full use of the kneading function of the machine. The surface before cutting the strip should be 3~5mm thick, and roll it with a winding rod for reserve use.
5. Cutting strips: 1) Install the noodle knife: the left and right grating plates are provided with two knife slots. Put the noodle knife into the slots, and after the gear on the noodle knife is occlected with the big gear, tighten the butterfly nut and fix the noodle knife with a fixing support.
2) Cutting knife: Put the spare surface end into the gap between the two rollers in the rotation by hand, enter the noodle knife after rolling again, cut the front strip, and fall into the dustpan on the joint. The operator should lead out and disconnect the cut noodles in time and put them into the drying rack.
